If you send your order in on the weekend or a holiday the order will be processed the following business day. You will receive a Customer Receipt by E-mail when the order has been processed and shipped. Your credit card will be billed after your order is shipped. If the billing/shipping address is a P.O box we ask you provide a physical shipping address to prevent any delay of shipment. In the event a product is out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified by E-mail and/or telephone. Your order will not go through billing until a confirmation of shipment has been submitted.
